Do you remember the 21st night of September?
Love was changing the minds of pretenders
While chasing the clouds away.
Earth, Wind and Fire…old school, cool.
My husband, Sean and I love to spend time in antique stores…especially Sean. I think he secretly wants to join the guys from American Pickers, and go digging around in old barns and partially dilapidated homes to find treasures. I think I would love it too, but I really don’t like spiders or Tetenus shots, so I think I will stick to the air conditioned shops. When we can’t go out and hunt, the next best thing is Etsy Vintage!!! I can sit in my home and antique shop like a crazy lady. I thought I would introduce you to a few shops that I like on Etsy! You can thank me later for the countless hours you will spend perusing for your next treasure.

What could be more fun than a little splash of whiskey in the morning?
Terrain is a shop you will want to spend lots of time in! It is loaded with the most unique finds for the home and garden as well as some fantastic jewelry!
This aftershave might just hit the spot for Father’s Day!
The trips we have taken to Colorado have been so incredibly special and memorable. It is the one time a year I actually take my camera with me everywhere and take as many photos as I can…why don’t I do that more often??? I love looking back at all of the fun things we did…Ice skating, horseback riding, the rodeo, taking tha chair lift up the mountain. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we will be back next year!
We are a few short days away from heading back to school…I knew this summer break would go way too fast, but I think we are all excited for the school year to begin.
We did a pretty good job of cramming a lot of fun into our hot and sunny days…
Sometimes I feel like I just want to lock my kids up…well, not so much lock up as FREEZE.
I really love this age…they are still sweet and love to snuggle mommy and daddy, but they are becoming more and more independent.
I am enjoying the fact that they want to help me around the house…setting the table, putting in new trash bags…simple stuff, but it is great.
Daley’s favorite “job” is washing and cutting the strawberries for dinner. She brings over the “helping stool” and grabs a very dull butter knife and starts taking the tops off of the strawberries. I hope she always want to help…I could use a little chef in the kitchen!
* This photo was taken in a restaurant called, Twisted Taco…yes, they have jail cells you can eat in…random but fun!
Kasey’s birthday party at The Chocolate Factory was a big hit!
Lots of giggly girls all coo-coo crazy on sugar! It was silly and fun…just like a good party should be.
White chocolate Oreos with sprinkles.
White chocolate balloons.
